This is for you

Every letter, every line

Every song that is played

Every moment you are away
Every breath I take
Ever morning when I rise
Every night as I close my eyes
Every line that I write
It is all for you
My intent is not to offend
But to reach out to an old friend


I feel for you in ways
That I can not explain
For there are no words to describe
The way I feel inside
That night outside the show
The one I can not let go
Haunt me in the nights
You are always on my mind
Though we are miles apart
You are here in my heart
Until the day I get to see your face
I will write and you will know
