With You (poem)

Pulling out every spell I can find
Selling my own soul to make you mine
Taking every pill and potion,
not caring what it does,
not caring if I look desperate, for I am,
I long to hold your hand,
and time is running through the hour glass,
I found you at last, I'll pay the cost,
for a taste of your love,
I'll cut my wrist and watch it bleed,
just to have you next to me,
call me desperate I don't care,
love isn't about playing it safe,
So no I can't just sit and wait,
if I don't find you someone else will
 and it'll be too late,
I'll walk the tight-rope,
 break a bone or two,
it'd be worth getting one night
with you.
