it's the end of another night
here you creep up into my mind
about to crawl into my bed
so I can get up in the morning
still have not a single answer
to this big fat mystery
why did my heart choose you

though it'd be nice if someone
believed in me
to be worth the fight
there is more to me
then anyone cares to see
