Yeah sure we can be friends
Act like nothing ever happened
You don't ever have to talk to me again
I'd be perfectly happy if you never did
Just go on and write me off your list
I promise you I won't get pissed
If you just pretend I don't exist


Yeah sure we can be friends
You can hurt me, make me cry
You can just get up and say goodbye
Its cool with me, honestly
I'll just wait around for you

To pencil me into your overly busy schedule
Maybe you can fit me in the middle
Of today and before I die
